Product details

  • The New Generation flat glass top unit features elegant, award-winning glass-to-edge design along with great technical performance. Suitable for 2°-15° roof pitch. The outer glass pane is toughened and weather-resistant for reliable protection against the elements and extra peace of mind.

    VELUX Top-unit

  • Unique window construction with a slim frame and invisible sash for maximum daylight. The white polyurethane offers a maintenance-free surface and the laminated glass unit ensures safety. Available with 2- or 3-layer glazing unit for excellent energy performance and sound reduction.


    Fixed

    Fixed base unit is ideal for bringing in daylight without adding extra ventilation. The base is optimized for a discreet installation of blinds, without compromising daylight influx. It is also burglary-resistant, class 2 acc. to EN 1627.

    		  

    Electric ventilation

    Electrically-vented frame provides fresh air at the touch of a button. It comes with a pre-installed rain sensor and is compatible with VELUX ACTIVE. The motor is integrated in the frame and the base is optimized for a discreet installation of blinds, without compromising daylight influx.
