Vertical window element VFB is side-hung, tilt and turn window. It is hinged on the right-hand side seen from the inside and installed vertically directly below a VELUX roof window. It is operated with a handle on the left side sash.
Frame and sash made of laminated pine wood are finished with triple coat. The exterior of the frame and sash is metal-clad and therefore maintenance-free.
The vertical window element is equipped with an insulating glass unit.
