Smart ventilation is an electric ventilation unit with heat recovery that stores the heat energy of the warm exhaust air and pre-heats incoming air. The twin channel system provides dual alternate airflow through heat regenerators.
Each channel consists of a ventilator and a regenerator, alternating in function. One channel removes humid warm air from the inside to the outside and passes it through the regenerator where the heat energy is recovered and stored in the regenerator element.
Meanwhile, the other channel draws the cold outside air into the room and passes it through the regenerator. Here the air is preheated by the stored heat energy and passed through the ventilation flap into the room.
